Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Maintenance 2 Technician to support safe and efficient production by troubleshooting and repairing equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance and train teammates on technical processes.

The role requires reading/writing English, PPE usage, and willingness to work a night schedule Tue-Sat (9:00pm–5:30am). Opportunities include growth, benefits, and a CDL tuition program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 2–4 years related experience &/or training
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays/flexible schedule as required
• Proficient knowledge in operation of continuous motion packaging, filling, and palletizing equipment
• Position requires PPE and safety compliance as per UNITED policies

Responsibilities

• Supports production as the mechanical expert
• Ensures production and support equipment are functioning properly
• Performs preventative maintenance procedures
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment malfunctions
• Makes repairs or adjustments to equipment as needed
• Performs basic electrical duties (replace motors, switches, PE, etc.)
• Performs package change over on lines as required
• Trains team members on mechanical processes
• Focuses on continuous improvement
• Maintains safe and clean work environment per ISO GMP standards
• Works on multiple projects simultaneously with other departments and vendors
