Job summary

Northline Seafoods is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians for our night shift in Bellingham, WA. The role focuses on repairing and maintaining a wide range of plant machinery within a seafood processing environment, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate is hands-on and mechanically inclined, with experience in engines, conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, and production equipment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience with plant machinery and production equipment.
• Experience with engines, motors, conveyors, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Comfortable in fast-paced seafood processing environments.
• Familiarity with SQF/HACCP safety standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment and production machinery.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance safely and thoroughly.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns on the production floor.
• Work with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Support safe, efficient operation and share troubleshooting knowledge.
• Assist with sanitation, safe housekeeping, and continuous improvement projects.
