Job summary

Trident Seafoods is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for the Night Shift (4pm–4:30am) on a rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule. The role troubleshoots and repairs motors, conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, and production equipment, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Candidate should have 2+ years in production maintenance, HS Diploma or equivalent, and familiarity with mechanical electrical systems, hand tools, and CMMS programs. Medical benefits, PTO and retirement plans are offered.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical maintenance coursework or certificate is preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in production maintenance is common.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, repairs and maintains machinery and equipment.
• Responds to mechanical/electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Dismantles devices to access defective parts and inspects components.
• Tests and adjusts equipment to meet performance specs.
• Operates drill press, grinder, saws and metalworking tools.
• Repairs or replaces defective parts and installs functional components.
• Follows safety and Environmental policies and conducts required trainings.
