Responsibilities

• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, and other tasks to keep equipment functioning.
• Keep maintenance records up to date on all equipment.
• Communicate with managers on the progress of equipment repairs and maintenance.
