Cornerstone Building Brands in Peachtree City, GA is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 4:30 PM–3:30 AM; Saturdays as needed). You will perform repairs and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot issues with production teams, and assist with line changes and new line setups.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing maintenance experience, knowledge of mechanical/electrical/PLC systems, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• Previous Manufacturing Maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, mechanical, electrical, and PLC controlled systems is required.
• Basic reading of electrical schematics and pneumatic/hydraulic principles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and work rotating schedule.

Responsabilités

• Performs equipment repairs and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoots and repairs equipment problems with production departments.
• Maintains parts inventory lookups for production equipment.
• Adheres to safety practices and LOTO procedures.
• Assists in changes to lines and setup of new lines.
• Attends maintenance trainings on site and off site.
• Supports daily production line needs.
