Leviton is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the night shift in Fuquay-Varina, NC. The role focuses on repairing, adjusting, and maintaining industrial production equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting complex issues on the manufacturing floor.

The position requires strong mechanical/electrical skills, CAD familiarity, and PLC experience is a plus. You will mentor junior technicians, document tasks, and contribute to continuous improvement while upholding safety and

Qualificações

• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance.
• Ability to disassemble/reassemble machinery and run basic machine shop equipment.
• Ability to use calipers, dial indicators and micrometers accurately.
• Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office products.
• Basic CAD skills to review machine designs and required parts/documents.
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability to drive team success.

Responsabilidades

• Performs preventative maintenance on operations machinery and tooling.
• Documents repairs and maintenance tasks and observes equipment indicators.
• Repairs or maintains operating condition of industrial production equipment.
• Oversees repairs or replacements of broken components and re-assemblies.
• Leads junior technicians in diagnosing and repairing equipment.
• Applies root cause analysis for improvements as part of CI teams.
• Ensures safety guarding is in place and equipment is clean and organized.
