Maintenance Technician – Night Shift

Location: Clintonville, WI

Pay: $24.00/hour + $1.00/hour night shift premium

Schedule: 6PM–6AM | 2-2-3 Rotating (12-hour shifts)

Training: Conducted on Day Shift (6AM–6PM) for approximately 8 weeks

Role Summary

We’re seeking a skilled Night Shift Maintenance Technician to join our team in Clintonville. In this hands-on role, you'll help keep our operations running smoothly by maintaining and repairing machinery, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment issues in a safety-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production equipment and building systems
• Perform product changeovers on presses, folders, packaging lines, and conveyors
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and document work
• Operate forklifts, welders, powered tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Adhere to all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and PPE
• Assist in training and supporting other team members
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Ramsey Maintenance Test score: 40–49
• 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience or relevant technical education (preferred)
• Solid mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills
• Welding and machining experience a plus
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Strong communication and documentation skills
