Maintenance Technician – Night Shift
Location: Clintonville, WI
Pay: $24.00/hour + $1.00/hour night shift premium
Schedule: 6PM–6AM | 2-2-3 Rotating (12-hour shifts)
Training: Conducted on Day Shift (6AM–6PM) for approximately 8 weeks

Role Summary

We’re seeking a skilled Night Shift Maintenance Technician to join our team in Clintonville. In this hands-on role, you'll help keep our operations running smoothly by maintaining and repairing machinery, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment issues in a safety-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and repair production equipment and building systems

Perform product changeovers on presses, folders, packaging lines, and conveyors

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues

Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and document work

Operate forklifts, welders, powered tools, and diagnostic equipment

Adhere to all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and PPE

Assist in training and supporting other team members

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Ramsey Maintenance Test score: 40–49

1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience or relevant technical education (preferred)

Solid mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills

Welding and machining experience a plus

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Strong communication and documentation skills
