Job summary

Pries Enterprises Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a 3rd shift, 12-hour swing schedule (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM). The role supports aluminum extrusion operations and emphasizes proactive maintenance, safety, and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing maintenance experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and a PPE reimbursement program; overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude (electrical knowledge is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to work a rotating 12-hour swing schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs and work in an industrial environment.
• Met Guarded Steel-toe boots required (PPE reimbursement available yearly).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Complete work orders and maintenance logs accurately.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Collaborate with production teams to support operations.
