Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Technical School degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Industrial operations experience preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Mathematical skills for unit conversions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots mechanical devices and replaces defective parts.
• Operates shop machinery (lathe, drill press, grinders, bandsaw, torch, welder).
• Installs or repairs hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Completes projects with minimal guidance and minimizes downtime.
• Improves reliability and uptime with preventive maintenance.
• Operates forklift and hydraulic platforms as needed.
• Maintains accurate maintenance records and logs.
