Job summary

The AZEK Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our Wilmington, OH facility. The role emphasizes maintaining production lines, repairing electrical and mechanical systems, and supporting TPM/6S initiatives.

You will work nights 11PM to 7AM, wear PPE, and lift up to 50 lbs in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Eligible candidates bring 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance, PLC/HMI troubleshooting, and experience with conveyors, motors, hydraulics, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or related field.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electrical cabinets, relays, contactors, and solid-state relays.
• Skilled with PLC and HMI systems and minor programming adjustments.
• Experienced with 3-phase motors, 24V DC control, and electrical tracing.
• Strong in conveyors, rollers, bearings, gearboxes, and fluid power systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensures production lines and equipment are maintained and can run at all times.
• Assists in developing and prioritizing work orders with maintenance leadership.
• Completes work order requests per directives of supervision and operators.
• Supports 6S and TPM programs for improved efficiency.
• Coaches and trains operators in daily preventive maintenance checks.
• Participates in line commissioning after maintenance events.
• Performs general maintenance tasks such as filter changes and cleanouts.
