Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain all recycling facility equipment, including heavy mobile equipment, conveyors, ballers, and shredders.
• Install new equipment and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
• Complete work orders and document repairs; identify parts and source replacements.
• Work in various positions and follow safety procedures; support coaching and feedback.
