Job summary

Agropur, inc. in Little Chute, WI is seeking a Maintenance General to keep the plant running safely and efficiently. The role focuses on electrical and mechanical repairs, equipment installation, and close collaboration with production to minimize downtime.

You will perform basic wiring, valve and pump work, and basic pipe fitting while upholding Good Manufacturing Practices and safety protocols. A HS diploma and prior maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Install, update and repair equipment.
• Work closely with production to minimize downtime while maintaining high quality.
• Repair or replace valves and pumps (seals, steams, O rings, seats, bearings, etc.).
• Perform basic electrical wiring (switches, outlets, starter, motor leads, etc.).
• Perform basic pipe fitting as directed.
