Qualifications
- Ten-years+ experience in an industrial environment.
- Experience in maintenance planning in steel industry.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage and lead change.
- PLC code troubleshooting and creation.
Responsibilities
- Supervise Maintenance Technicians.
- Review and assist in analysis of deficiencies during corrective maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and corrective actions for equipment maintenance.
- Plan and prepare maintenance schedules for preventive and corrective actions.
- Analyze maintenance requirements and adjust PMs for volume and timing.
- Monitor performance trends to optimize maintenance strategies.
- Plan and schedule maintenance, materials, and outside contractors.
- Oversee PM, corrective, and emergency maintenance.
- Meet with supervisors to coordinate projects with operations.
- Prepare maintenance reports.
- Lead continuous improvement to improve uptime.
- Manage and review maintenance programs and upgrades.
- Manage MRO inventory through CMMS.
