Qualifications

• Must have previous maintenance supervisory experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Background in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device or other highly regulated production facilities is required.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, equipment troubleshooting, and process support.
• Experience leading maintenance personnel, assigning workloads, developing employees, and participating in hiring and disciplinary processes.
• Ability to support high-priority equipment repairs with precision to maintain product integrity and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership to maintenance technicians during night shifts, overseeing daily work assignments and priorities across multiple areas.
• Support troubleshooting and repair activities for sterilization systems, formulation equipment, filling suites, process vessels, and packaging lines.
• Drive preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize uptime and ensure compliance with quality and operational standards.
• Manage employee performance activities including coaching, one-on-one meetings, scheduling, attendance tracking, PTO approvals, and development initiatives.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and quality teams to resolve equipment issues while maintaining safety, compliance, and efficiency.
