Job summary

Madix, Inc in Eclectic, AL is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Technician to ensure the effective operation of our equipment and facilities. The role involves performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical maintenance experience or equivalent associate degree in mechanical engineering.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Inspect, adjust, and replace hydraulic components.
• Manage and complete assigned daily work orders.

Skills

Mechanical and electrical technical aptitude

Ability to read blueprints

OSHA and HAZMAT regulations knowledge

Welding skills
