Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Utah seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to keep manufacturing lines running on the 6:00 PM–6:00 AM night shift. You will repair, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and uptime while supporting continuous production.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of production experience, and strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills. PLC‑controlled equipment and Allen‑Bradley experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English to safely perform job responsibilities.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and equipment.
• Ability to work a 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM night shift schedule.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Commitment to workplace safety, GMPs, and quality standards.
• Ability to complete required written and practical testing.

Responsibilities

• Support production operations by maintaining equipment and responding to mechanical and electrical issues.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair manufacturing machinery to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to prevent failures and improve reliability.
• Provide mechanical and electrical support during assigned shifts.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Follow GMPs, lockout/tagout, and safety procedures.
