Job summary

Hain Celestial in Colorado seeks a skilled maintenance technician for a high-speed manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment, install upgrades, and support safety and GMP standards. The role covers electrical, welding, machining, and PLC knowledge with overnight shifts.

Shift is 11:00pm–7:15am with a $1 shift differential; requires 3+ years in maintenance and own tools. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years’ experience in a mechanical repair capacity or related role within a manufacturing environment.
• Possess own hand tools outlined by Celestial Seasonings.
• Experience troubleshooting and installing high speed industrial machinery.
• Project management – ability to see job through to completion with attention to detail in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make repairs in expeditious manner.
• Perform weekly preventative maintenance functions.
• Perform rebuilds/upgrades on assigned equipment.
• Participate and assist in the installation of new machinery.
• Inspect machines for parts wear and recommend/participate in making necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with Operations Leadership to ensure common priorities and goals for shift.
• Assist with coaching machine operators on minor adjustments/fixes on equipment.
• Ensure paperwork including daily end of shift reports, inventory, safety sheets and supply requisitions are completed accurately.
• Responsible for reporting food safety and quality issues and initiate action immediately.
• Additional duties and various projects as needed.
