Job summary

Charter Next Generation, Inc. in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for the night shift on a full-time basis.

You will operate state-of-the-art printing presses, monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in a comprehensive training program alongside 160 employee-owners. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance on flexographic presses, electrical fault diagnostics, reading schematics, scheduling maintenance windows with press

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience; flexographic or printing industry preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a sense of urgency in a production environment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on flexographic printing presses, dryers, and related systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults including PLC-controlled systems, servo drives, VFDs, sensors, and HMI panels.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure health and safety standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems and keep accurate maintenance records.
