Job summary

Qualifications

Associate’s degree (AAS) in Electronics, Electro-Mechanical, or Industrial Technology with 2+ years of experience.
5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems and motor controls.
Completion of a certified Journeyman or Apprenticeship program with 2+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical equipment issues with minimal supervision.
Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
Provide technical support to maintenance and engineering teams.
Read and work from schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
Troubleshoot and support basic PLC systems (ladder logic knowledge preferred).
Complete work orders and accurately document maintenance activities.
Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas.
Support additional maintenance and facility-related tasks as needed.
