Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Barberton, OH, is seeking a dedicated maintenance professional to join the night crew supporting the aluminum remelt foundry.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot motors, pumps, drives, PLCs, and hydraulics, and document work in the CMMS to ensure a smooth handoff to the next shift. The role requires 2+ years in mechanical or electrical maintenance, strong safety practices, and the ability to read electrical/hydraulic diagrams.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of mechanical or electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with combustion systems preferred.
• Strong safety mindset and behaviors.

Responsabilidades

• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot continuous process machinery across motors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, conveyors, water systems, and other production equipment using diagrams, specifications, and operator manuals.
• Dismantle equipment safely using hoists, cranes, and appropriate tools to replace defective parts.
• Execute maintenance such as replacing pumps, motors, chains, sprockets, and cables; repairing drives; troubleshooting PLC logic; fabricating guards; and adjusting hydraulics.
• Complete required PMs and related documentation in the CMMS; support reviews and special projects to improve equipment reliability.
