Victaulic Company is hiring a facilities Maintenance Supervisor at our Forks, WA site. You will lead safety compliance, maintain equipment, and oversee a team to ensure uninterrupted operations in a demanding industrial environment.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety rules, coordinating preventive maintenance with engineering and production, conducting training, investigating incidents, and reporting maintenance activity and expenditures.

Formación

• Five years industrial maintenance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all employees understand and abide by all Company safety rules, regulations, and policies.
• Maintain safe and sanitary working conditions in the facility per Company standards, as well as, state & federal laws and regulations.
• Ensure all employees understand their OSHA rights.
• Conduct safety training topics as required or needed.
• Schedule employees to attend all assigned safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions.
• Investigate accidents and near misses and complete appropriate reports and take action to eliminate root causes.
• Direct facility maintenance organization to achieve uninterrupted operation of the facility and to maintain the facility and equipment in a safe and clean condition.
• Plan, schedule, direct, and oversee the functions of maintenance labor to ensure timely and workmanlike completion of work and proper reporting.
• Verify that Maintenance Work Order Forms are completed properly and routed per procedures.
• Distribute the maintenance workforce with respect to hours and areas of responsibility to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Coordinate maintenance operations with Facilities Engineering and Plant Production management to assure timely completion of all maintenance work with emphasis on preventive maintenance.
• Establish preventive maintenance procedures for all equipment within the Forks Facility and review their effectiveness.
• Audit maintenance performance to ensure high quality and productivity.
• Recommend repairs, modifications, or replacements of facility equipment based on machine histories and staffing levels for efficient operations.
• Maintain maintenance stores inventory at minimum level for uninterrupted operation.
• Provide tools, manuals, drawings, and procedures for efficient use of the maintenance workforce.
• Participate in the Quality Improvement Process and publish a monthly maintenance activity and expenditure report.
• Maintain all areas under control in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date overtime records.
