Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a similar maintenance supervisory role in hospitality.
• Ability to read HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing blueprints.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Universal refrigerant license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure quality service.
• Oversee maintenance of mechanical equipment and property.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and manage budget monitoring.
