Job summary

RRD is a leading global provider of marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions. This role operates mailing/printing equipment to assemble publications by zip code and maintains accurate production records.

You will adjust machinery, review instructions, and ensure on-time shipping with major carriers. The position has a B shift (5PM-3AM) with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of equipment setup, adjustment, and operating procedures.
• Ability to diagnose, solve, and correct operating problems affecting quality and timeliness.
• May instruct junior operators on corrective adjustments.
• Consider symptoms, causes, and remedies for adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines that address, weigh, and tie bundles of publications for mailing by zip code.
• Review instructions to determine publication type and size for mailing.
• Make adjustments to guides, rollers, inserter, weighing machine, and tying arm using tools.
• Record production by customer name and zip code, and machine downtime.
• Process and ship outgoing parcels via UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
