Kawasaki Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Machining Night Shift Team Leader to guide the aluminum die casting operations. This hands-on leadership role partners with the production team to keep machining running safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality.

You’ll help with setups, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement on a fast-paced floor. The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, strong leadership, and excellent teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and safety standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Machining Department team.
• Monitor production activities to meet department goals.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and updated as needed.
• Assist with machine setups and tool changes.
• Troubleshoot machines and assist with repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine checks.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen activities.
