Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Machine Operator in Lincoln, NH for the Production Department. Shift is Monday to Saturday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM.

The role involves operating multiple manufacturing machines, reading blueprints, performing quality inspections, and maintaining clean, safe workstations. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, experience as a machine operator, and the ability to read tape measures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous machine operator experience preferred.
• Ability to read tape measures and use measuring devices accurately.
• Basic math, reading, and English communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., perform repetitive tasks, and use basic hand tools in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate press production, braid winding, lathe, crimping, and other manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, manufacturing drawings, bills of materials, and written instructions.
• Perform quality inspections, identify defects, and accurately record production and scrap counts.
• Adjust machine settings, troubleshoot basic production issues, and maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
• Utilize hand tools and maintain inventory at workstations while supporting production goals.
