Amrize is hiring a Machine Operator - Night in Franklin, Indiana to support the Building Envelope production line. This full-time, hourly role starts with training at $25.48 per hour and offers comprehensive benefits and safety program participation.

The candidate will operate production equipment, monitor quality, and assist with line start-ups and maintenance while following health, safety, and environmental policies. Strong communication and prior manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and monitor product quality.
• Assist with line start-up, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report issues promptly.
• Communicate with supervisors and team to ensure uninterrupted production.
