Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift in Roxboro, NC. The hourly rate is 22.25 per hour with core hours 10:45 pm to 6:45 am and potential overtime.

Responsibilities include grinding, select fit sizing, and assembly, plus quality inspections, machine setup, and basic troubleshooting. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience.

• No relocation assistance; candidates within 50 miles of Roxboro, NC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and setup machines following control plans and blueprints.
• Perform grinding, fit sizing, and assembly tasks with quality inspections.
• Document production and quality data; conduct root cause analyses for defects.
• Maintain safety and 5S standards; participate in cross-training as needed.
• Assist with training and cover for other roles when required.
