Job summary

The Machine Operator I is responsible for producing quality product while running continuous motion packaging, filling, and palletizing equipment efficiently and safely by performing the following duties.

The work schedule is Monday - Friday; 10pm - 6:30am with overtime and weekend as needed. The role requires safe operation, attention to quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment at Coca-Cola UNITED in Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule as required
• Must be able to climb a 10–12 ft ladder
• Regular and prompt attendance is essential

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality check sheets as required
• Operate and troubleshoot basic equipment efficiently
• Perform and/or assist in product and package change over
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with ISO Good Manufacturing Practices standards
• Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management
