Job summary

Central Ohio Farmers Co-op, Inc. in Marion, Ohio, is seeking a Machine Operator for our Marion processing facility. This full-time role covers 3rd shift (6pm–6am) and requires a strong mechanical aptitude and solid work ethic.

You will maintain quality, follow safety rules and LOTO procedures, operate conveyance equipment, document maintenance, and collaborate with team to meet production goals. Candidates should be able to work overtime and weekends as needed, wear PPE, and communicate clearly

Qualifications

• Medium to high mechanical ability and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Good communication and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Develop product knowledge and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Must follow all safety and environmental regulations.
• Operate conveyance equipment and understand associated safety systems.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and document accordingly.
• Maintain high quality standards and enforce company procedures.
• Track inventory and communicate findings honestly.
