Integer Holdings Corporation seeks an Associate Machine Operator for the 8-hour 3rd shift (9:00 pm to 5:00 am, Sunday to Thursday). The role involves operating and monitoring production machinery, basic set-up and calibration, and performing finish operations with strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include reading manuals, inspecting parts, documenting processes, and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational schooling preferred.
• 0-1 year of experience operating machinery in manufacturing.
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints.
• Ability to work with small precision parts.
• Must read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to company core beliefs and all safety and quality requirements.
• Operates machinery with close supervision.
• May assist in basic set-up/calibration of equipment.
• Loads component materials into tools and performs finishing operations.
• Reads and follows operating manuals, maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Inspects parts visually and dimensionally for conformance to requirements.
• Follows established documentation for product manufacturing.
• Cleans and maintains machinery as necessary.
• Performs other functions as required.
