Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Production Associate for the night shift in Addison, IL. You will assist in packaging product for internal and external use and support changeovers as needed to keep production flowing.

The role requires a high school diploma and experience in a manufacturing environment. You must work well in a fast-paced, safety-conscious team and follow all plant safety guidelines. The plant operates 24/7 with 35–39 drums per hour and offers benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training.
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Teamwork and problem-solving in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely.
• Safely operate the machine to properly produce product and follow proper procedures for packaging to external customers.
• Remove or shift materials and/or finished products to facilitate proper flow.
• Meet production standards on assignments within required time.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow good housekeeping practices.
• Ensure safety and quality throughout production.
• Assist in changeovers when called by supervisor or operators.
• Perform other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager.
