Job summary

Agave Wire in Rockwall, TX is seeking a skilled Machine Operator for the night shift (6pm–6am, Mon–Thu, occasional Fri). You will operate and maintain production machinery, including assembly lines, press machines, overhead cranes, and CNC equipment, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output.

Responsibilities include meeting daily targets, following safety protocols, and performing routine maintenance. Lean and Six Sigma familiarity are a plus; forklift certs are beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience operating production machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.

Responsibilities
