Job summary

Agave Wire in Rockwall, TX is seeking a Machine Operator for night shift (6pm–6am, Mon–Thu, sometimes Fri). You will operate and maintain production machinery including assembly lines, press machines, overhead cranes, deburring, micrometer, clamp truck, and mold machines to keep output efficient and within quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of experience, ability to read manuals and schematics, strong mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various production machinery, including assembly line, press machines, overhead cranes, deburring, micrometer, clamp truck, and mold machine.
• Ensure that all machines are running efficiently and producing high-quality products.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Agave Wire is seeking Machine Operators:

Night Shift: 6pm-6am Monday-Thursdays (Occasionally Fridays)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Operator to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various production machinery, including assembly line, press machines, overhead cranes, deburring, micrometer, clamp truck, and mold machine. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all machines are running efficiently and producing high-quality products. You will work closely with the production team to meet daily production targets and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience operating production machinery
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies

Additionally, you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets. Your ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics will be essential to your success in this role. Finally, experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, CNC machines, and forklift certification will be beneficial.
