Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in Houston, TX is hiring a Blow Mold Machine Operator II for the night shift (6:00 pm–6:30 am) on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule. You will operate blow molding machines and support equipment to produce high-quality containers.

The role requires at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure. Training and safety policies are emphasized.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years in manufacturing required.
• Must interact with managers, employees, vendors, and customers; strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment safely and with high quality.
• Perform mold, insert and color changes on the line and basic processing to improve efficiency.
• Maintain safety, health, quality GMP policies and company procedures.
• Support maintenance and provide line support as needed.
• Complete and file documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with shift supervisor to coordinate production line objectives.
