Job summary

CJ Schwan's is seeking a full-time production associate for a food manufacturing environment in Kentucky. You will set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper start-up, while monitoring line speeds, batch formulas, and equipment operation to maintain product quality and safety.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of manufacturing experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility for overtime or weekend shifts based on plant scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand/walk on concrete and work in cold/hot temperatures.
• Overtime or weekend availability based on plant scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment for production start-up.
• Control line speeds and batch formula production rates.
• Perform quality checks.
• Complete required paperwork (downtime, HACCP) using SAP SOPs.
