Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc. is hiring a Machine Operator – Operations I/II/III for a night shift (11pm–7am, Sun–Thur). Pay starts at $19.75 plus 11% shift premium to $21.92 per hour, with full compliance to quality and safety standards.

You will review work instructions, assemble products to spec, operate basic machinery, maintain clean work areas, wear PPE, and cross-train across stations as needed to support production goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating relevant machinery or equivalent.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic machinery independently at defined rate with proper quality.
• Review work instructions and assemble products to spec and tolerances.
• Complete all clean-up and housekeeping procedures and wear PPE.
• Comply with quality, safety and work rules and regulations.
• Cross-train in different areas and flex to different stations as needed.
