Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to use PPE at all times.
• Strong communication in English.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, reading measurements).

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned manufacturing machines including resistance welding machines, brake presses, and mechanical power presses.
• Complete the Operator Maintenance Program (OMP) for assigned machines within the first ninety days of employment.
• Consistently meet production requirements and maintain quality standards.
• Identify unsafe conditions or defective products and take corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
