Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior experience operating machinery.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• ERP systems / PLC interfaces experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and kneel.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Strong teamwork mentality and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machine tools.
• Learn and operate assigned machinery in the plant.
• Perform safety checks during shift.
• Adjust components to meet product specs.
• Troubleshoot and fix jams or malfunctions.
