Job summary

Golden Pet Manufacturing is seeking a Machine Operator for the Richfield, WI facility. The role includes operating multiple production machines during the 3rd shift (10pm–6:30am) and performing routine safety checks.

You will learn and operate assigned machinery, adjust components to meet product specifications, and assist with preventative maintenance while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience operating machinery.
• Prior experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems / PLC interfaces preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate several production machine tools throughout the production process.
• Learn and operate assigned machinery within the manufacturing plant.
• Perform safety checks throughout shift.
• Adjust machine components according to finished product specifications.
• Troubleshoot problems during operations and adjust machine in case of malfunctions or jams.
• Clean machine and assist in performing preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a safety and quality mindset, following all safety and quality policies and procedures.
