Job summary

Meadow Gold Dairy is seeking skilled Machine Operators to maintain and set up production equipment, run two machines, and monitor quality while adhering to GMP standards. The role requires effective cross-department communication and meeting daily deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to add/subtract/multiply/divide in all units, using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced, wet environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, set up, operate, and monitor production line equipment.
• Complete all required documentation and quality checks.
• Monitor weights, seals, and packaging of products.
• Adjust filler timing and perform line changeovers safely.
• Troubleshoot basic to moderate operating issues and communicate with departments.
