Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret work orders for processing.
• Ability to use simple math and basic handheld measuring tools.
• Good command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machines in a safe, responsible, and efficient manner to meet customer requirements.
• Follow directions on work orders and translate data into proper settings and procedures.
• Check output against specifications and report non-conforming goods to QA.
• Report process or equipment problems to management or maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to policies, rules, and procedures; maintain safety and housekeeping.
• Adhere to production schedules set by the planner and VP of Operations.
• Utilize HQMS and Sage 500 ERP/DSCS systems in daily tasks.
• Maintain established safety protocols.
