Apache Mills, Inc. is hiring for a Night Shift Machine Operator - Entry Level in Calhoun, GA. This 12-hour night shift runs 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with responsibilities including trimming, lifting, and stacking mats while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will handle basic maintenance tasks, follow procedures, and work well in a team. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with potential to $21.00 per hour as fully trained.

Qualifications

• Experience performing light maintenance on equipment.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Able to work rotating 12-hour schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Trim, lift, and stack rubber mats.
• Comply with safety processes for safe operation of machinery.
• Perform housekeeping and basic equipment maintenance tasks with common hand tools.
• Assist with machine preventive maintenance, mold changes and material changeovers.
• Work in a team and be cross-trained to perform all essential duties.
• Meet or exceed performance and quality standards and output levels.
• Perform other assignments as required.
