Job summary

Rust-Oleum is seeking a Machine Operator to package paint and related products by operating, setting up, adjusting, and performing quality checks to ensure safe, consistent, and efficient production. You will inspect and package products, change over equipment, set speeds and tolerances, read batch cards, and coordinate with teammates to meet specifications.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; CNC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate and able to understand batch cards and instructions.
• CNC Operations experience preferred.
• Able to read and understand various meters and readouts.
• Able to enter data into computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and package products for quality and conformance to specifications.
• Change over equipment and adjust machines to improve performance and quality.
• Set speed, temperature, product flow, and tolerances of equipment.
• Examine job orders to determine quantities, times, stock specs, BOMs, and SKU sequences.
• Monitor filling equipment to maintain operating levels and detect malfunctions.
