Job summary

QPS Employment Group is seeking a Machine Operator in Littleton, CO, to oversee automated processes with strict adherence to GMP, safety and quality standards. The role involves startup/shutdown of equipment, aiding maintenance, and collaborating with engineers and leadership on process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, experience with process control testing, and knowledge of HMI, Auto Cell and RF work centers. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in process control testing and molding/welding quality preferred.
• Working knowledge of HMI interactions preferred.
• Knowledge of Auto Cell and RF work centers preferred.
• Demonstrated safety protocol competency for operating automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own automated process areas, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency.
• Adhere to GMP compliance on the manufacturing floor.
• Operate automated equipment and associated work cells (start up/shut down).
• Assist Maintenance Technicians with Category II Preventative Maintenance.
• Support engineers and leadership in problem solving production issues.
• Record data and assist with process verifications and work orders.
• Contribute to material handling coverage and floor coordination.
