Staffmark Group is hiring a Machine Operator Assistant in Long Prairie, MN. This night-shift role runs 4:30pm–3:00am, offering $18.50–$22.00 per hour with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will assist the Operator, monitor equipment, ensure product quality, and help maintain safe, efficient production lines. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and prior manufacturing experience; strong safety awareness and dependable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.
• Ability to read work instructions and production schedules.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and monitoring of equipment.
• Commitment to safety and dependable attendance.
• Record keeping and organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read SOPs and safety documents.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operator with running equipment and tracking production.
• Stock and supply lines; keep area clean and organized.
• Assist with product movement in warehouse operations.
• Receive and intake materials for the area of responsibility.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Perform sanitation tasks as assigned.
• Support team members to complete work.
