Qualifications

• Standing for long periods.
• Able to read a tape measure.
• Bending, lifting, twisting on a continuous basis.
• Able to lift 70 lbs.
• Clear communication with handlers and managers.
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with multi color flexographic press preferred.
• Able to troubleshoot and problem solve.
• Color differentiation required.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines to produce finished goods.
• Maintain efficiency and quality in production.
• Perform tasks using production equipment for steady workflow.
• Adjust equipment as needed.
• Mount cutting dies and printing plates for each job.
• Perform quality checks before and during runs.
• Maintain daily/weekly cleanup per checklist.
• Keep setup/run times at maximum efficiency.
• Troubleshoot quality or machine issues as they occur.
• Report any damaged tooling for repair.
• Identify product safety concerns and escalate.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
