Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Vocational Nurse in Texas in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Observe, assess, document, and report resident condition/changes during rounds.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Coordinate rounds with physicians and record visits in medical records.
• Identify changes in resident condition and act per policies.
• Communicate with residents' contacts about status updates or changes.
• Oversee aides and complete incident reports as needed.
