Job summary

Guardian Security Services is seeking an experienced Concierge for luxury communities in Washington, DC area. The ideal candidate will be skilled and experienced in the residential hospitality field. He/she will be responsible for providing excellent member service and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Candidate should also be an outgoing, high energy, driven, and professional person who has a sincere interest in problem solving, and running the front desk efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior residential concierge experience.
• Experience with 250+ units (desirable).
• Experience with Building Link, Yardi, Rent Café, Entrata preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy to submit reports, maintain logs, produce signage, etc.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Detail oriented and able to handle multiple functions at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service at the front desk and maintain professional relationships with residents and staff.
• Submit reports, logs, and signage as required; stay organized and detail oriented.
• Assist with daily operations and ensure a welcoming, safe environment for residents.
