Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of CNAs and ensure procedures are followed.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess residents' conditions, prepare and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review and update care plans.
• Report changes in a resident's condition to the nurse supervisor.
• Perform other duties assigned by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
